Speakers & Schedule

NEW: The preliminary conference schedule is now available.

The conference will run from Thursday morning to Friday lunch.  The program will be entirely based on abstract submissions and Dr. Brand's presentation. Because of the limited time available, not all accepted abstracts will be guaranteed an oral presentation. We will do our best to accommodate as many presentations as possible, and the remaining accepted abstracts will be invited to present a poster during the poster session. More details coming soon.

The 2008 BSG conference will be held at the Radisson Green Tree in Pittsburgh, PA.

Geology Group: If you attended the Cedarville Geology Conference in 2007, you can sign up for the 2008 conference at the BSG member rate. To do this, register at the nonmember price (unless you want to join BSG), and we will confirm your name on the list from last summer's conference. We will then issue a credit for the difference between the member and nonmember rate.

If you prefer to pay by check through the regular mail, contact the BSG secretary. Registration includes only the conference and meals. Housing must be arranged separately. The BSG has reserved rooms at the Radisson Green Tree for $99 per room per night. Simply mention "BSG" when you call for reservations. In the US, reservations can be made by calling 1-888-201-1718.
